I very slowly and painfully solved it. Midnight Apps owes me another two hours. Found a bunch of strange bugs in the process, like undeleteable "ghost transactions" showing up in smart folders but not in All Transactions. I sure hope you won't charge me for the 2.0 final. (Considering I was an early adopter of 1.0 who registered while registration gave you lifetime upgrades.)
