Default date is last date entered
The date field should be automatically populated with the last date entered vs. the current date, since I usually don't enter transactions on the day they occur, but on the week end. (And since I'm just starting using your beta app, I'm entering transactions from the past month too.)

Inappropriate?I'd like to cast a vote against this. Cha-Ching is meant to be used day-to-day, whith an occasional backtrack. Having the last used date auto-populate would waste time for those of use that rarely use a date other than the current.

Inappropriate?One thing to note here... If you enter a bunch of transactions you can also select them all and then press CMD+R when you are ready to reconcile them which allows you to instantly change the date of all selected transactions and mark them as reconciled.
I understand why you might want the date field to be automatically populated with the last date entered but I think it might end up working against you in the long run.
We are open to more discussion on this idea for sure.
